Return policy

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased from www.taskpride.com within the United States. Jack Choos is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received (including all accessories, tags, and documentation).
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, e-books) are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

4.2 Return Process

  1. Contact seamlessserver999@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Once the RA number is issued, package the product securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided by our support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.

4.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will cover the cost of the product only; original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct a restocking fee (up to 20% of the product price).

4.4 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact seamlessserver999@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage/defect and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, at your discretion.
