Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States (excluding PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and territories unless specified). We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays. For custom or made-to-order items, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days, and we will notify you of the estimated processing period at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:
• Standard Shipping:15-20 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 10-15 business days (available for an additional fee)
• Overnight Shipping: 3-5 business day (available for select locations, additional fee applies)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Delays
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, customs (if applicable), or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at wwwbcbstmedicare@outlook.com. We may be able to update the address before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing is complete.
