GAEA Acoustic is a very special guitar. The goal was to create an exceptionally playable, “Parlor” style guitar with a full range sound that would be very comfortable for any guitar player, acoustic or electric, beginner or advanced player. To accomplish this GAEA’s luthiers custom designed a very fast action, small scale neck with hand sanded fret which allow the lower action and good playability. This “best of both worlds” neck and fret working makes chording and soloing easy. However, we knew that advanced players would not even consider the small size guitar unless it sounded great so GAEA did something radical to get the most sound out of a small scale guitar. The result is a nice balance of highs and mid lows and a very musical midrange. But GAEA’s designers were not done yet. Master Luthiers around the world have been crafting bevel edged armrest guitars for some time. The feature not only makes the guitar more comfortable to play, but also allows the maker to demonstrate their skill and craftsmanship in producing beautiful instruments.And The GAEA luthiers have designed the armrest for these guitars too.Normally, these features would only be found on more expensive guitars but it is GAEA’s mission to bring our players the absolute best value and performance in every guitar we make.
