Machine Gun Kelly on the 44 Midnight for his single "dont let me go."
In 2006, Rodger Cloud began refurbishing vintage ribbons with one goal in mind, learn all he could from the classic masters so that he could modernize their technology and carry the rich sound they are famous for well into the 21st century. Working alongside Stephen Sank, Rodger Cloud developed the first Cloud Microphones model: the JRS-34. Cloud has revolutionized ribbon microphone design by incorporating advanced technologies to enhance the durability and performance of their products. This includes features like our Cloudlifter active circuity and shock mounts that increase the microphones' versatility and reliability. Renowned for their signature sonic character, Cloud Microphones ribbons are marked by a warm, full-bodied sound that captures the original essence of the recorded source.
