• Q: Why does the radio and other features won’t save settings?
• A: If the ACC line(Red wire) and the B+ line(Yellow wire) are reversed during installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off. Please make sure that each function wires is connected correctly.
• Q: Do you support the iOS 16?
• A: Yes.The CarPlay/Android Auto function support iPhone（IOS 8 and above）/Android smartphones（Android 7 and above）.
• Q: Why can't the machine start? Or is the machine always on?
• A: First of all, you need to confirm whether the power cord is properly connected. Wires harness: The positive pole of the car power supply is connected to the yellow wire (B+), and the negative pole of the power supply is connected to the black wire (GND), Ignition switch is connected to red wire(ACC). (If you test separately, you can connect the yellow wire(B+) and the red wire(ACC) together, and then connect them to the positive pole of the power supply together, and the black wire(GND) to the negative pole of the power supply.) After connecting these 3 wires, when you turn on/off the ignition switch, the machine will automatically turn on/off.
• Q:Why can't I use Bluetooth connection?
• A:Please delete the bluetooth record of the mobile phone and re-match the connection.
