Detail
At 18pF/Ft, the Capacitance is just right to keep your tones intact without “cable coloration”, keeping it to a minimal tonal shift, without the use of a buffer.
The rule of thumb is - capacitance in a cable is not favorable. The higher the frequency, the greater the reactance caused by the capacitance and the greater the signal loss. In the music world, a lower cable capacitance provides a “richer” sound quality. There is more of the natural presence from the instrument that can reach the amp. A low capacitance cable helps in reproducing the sound as intended by its creator.
The challenge was to lower the capacitance, decrease the resistance to signal flow and keep it microphonics free – and make it affordable for YOU.
Using a proprietary mix of FLDPE to lower the capacitance, a world’s first Graphite based conductive PVC layer eliminating microphonics - made it possible to have a diameter which decreased resistivity. All this was an insurance policy against signal loss! The cherry on top of the cake - to pull all of this without selling you a high-priced cable.
We dare you to find a cable with ultra-low capacitance with the prices WBC offers!
Precise Laser-engraved Eminence logo and the connector's model name will only add up to the highly technical and industrial design of the Tiny Connector.
The small design of the Eminence Tiny allows it to be used in situations which demands a Straight TS plug. This makes the Tiny an excellent Multi-Role TS connector.
