What string gauge do you use for your guitars, and can I adjust it for different play styles?
We use 10-46 gauge strings for balanced performance. For ultimate playability, try bE tuning (a popular tuning for rock). For optimal tuning accuracy, switch to 09-42 with standard E tuning. For a deep tone, use 11-52 strings and drop D tuning.
How does string height affect my guitar’s sound and playability?
String height, or action, influences tuning, tone, and feel. Our factory settings are 2.5mm for the low E string and 2.0mm for the high E string. After changing strings, make sure to adjust action to avoid negative effects on tone and tuning.
Why does my guitar produce noise when plugged into an amp, especially with distortion or overdrive?
Electric guitars with passive pickups usually produce background hum. This is normal, and the noise will disappear when you touch the strings. It's a common trait of all passive pickups, not a defect in our product.
What are the tonal differences across pickup settings on Stryde and Veltrix models?
Neck: Warm & smooth clean. Neck + Middle: Funky, scooped clean
Middle: Balanced, classic clean.Middle + Bridge: Bright rhythm
Bridge: Powerful lead & rock tones.
In single-coil mode, you get bright highs, tight lows, and clear leads.
